Being intentionally thankful improves mental health by lowering depression, reducing stress, and increasing self-esteem. It also benefits us physically in some surprising ways. It improves our immunity, lowers blood pressure, raises sleep quality and improves brain function to name just a few ways.
We will focus on gratitude through activities and conversation each Thursday. Try it out and see how good it feels!
